Refund policy

Orders are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return or exchange, , please submit your request through our Returns Request Form.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective.
  • The return shipping cost will be calculated before finalizing the purchase.
  • If exchanging, the new item will be shipped once the original item is received and inspected.
  • Refunds (for returns) will be processed within 14 days of receiving the item, including the original shipping cost.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must still submit a claim through the Returns Request Form within 14 days of delivery, including clear photos of the issue.

In these cases, El Patio will cover the return shipping cost and arrange a replacement or refund once the claim is approved.

Is there anything I can’t return?

Certain products are not returnable for hygiene and health protection reasons, once their hygiene seal has been removed or broken.

These include, for example: underwear, swimwear, socks, or other intimate items that are sealed for hygiene purposes.

Orders returned to us due to unpaid import duties or incorrect address details are not eligible for a refund of shipping or import costs.

As El Patio is a one-man team, this policy allows me to provide the best possible support while maintaining quality service.

Returns and exchanges are processed after an order has been delivered.

A handling fee of €1.50 per item applies to all returns and exchanges.
This covers reception, quality control, and restocking.

Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are non-refundable.

All return and exchange shipping fees depend on the destination country or region.

Return and exchange requests must be made within the return period indicated on this website.

Exchange shipping costs

An exchange involves two shipments:

The return of the original item to our warehouse

The shipment of the new item back to the customer

Because of this, exchange shipping costs are higher than return shipping costs.
